Walio was born from a conviction that every small venue deserves the same tools as a big chain – with no IT department and no complexity.
We're building the tool we'd want to have ourselves if we ran a venue.
Our story
We both studied marketing and spent years looking at the same thing: how to help a small business keep its customers. Big chains have apps, data and whole teams for it. The café or salon on the corner has none of that – and yet for them a returning customer is a matter of survival.
Paper cards get lost, and no one downloads a dedicated app. So we built Walio: loyalty that lives in the phone, where the customer won't lose it, and that you can get running in a few minutes with no IT.

Technical Director
Ondřej makes sure Walio simply works – from the integration with Apple and Google Wallet to the infrastructure that handles thousands of cards at once. He believes the best technology is the kind you never even notice.
Commercial Director
Tomáš is the first person most owners talk to. He helps them get a loyalty program running so it makes sense and customers actually come back. He looks after sales, partnerships and onboarding new businesses.
