Why digital stamps work better than a paper card
The "every 10th coffee free" stamp card is a classic that works. The problem is the paper: the customer loses the card, leaves it at home or gets a new one and loses the stamps they'd collected. On top of that, you don't know who is collecting stamps and who has stopped coming back.
