Who it's for

A loyalty program for your industry

Walio works for businesses that live on repeat visits. Pick your industry and see how a digital loyalty card brings customers back to you.

The same card, a different rhythm of return

Walio is for businesses that live on people coming back. A café, a restaurant, a hair salon, a gym, a shop and a bakery all use the same loyalty card in Apple and Google Wallet. What differs is how often a customer shows up and what makes sense to offer them for their loyalty.

That is why the setup looks different for a coffee someone buys five times a week and for a haircut once a month. On your industry page you will find how many stamps and which reward tend to work there, what a normal shift at the counter looks like and what comes up most often in that trade.

If your industry is not listed, that is no problem. The principle is the same for any business with repeat visits – write to us and we will go through the setup based on how often people come to you.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, as long as your customers come back. Walio does not care about the trade, only about the repeat visit – it works the same for a car wash, a course or a florist. Write to us and we will suggest how many stamps and which reward make sense for you.

The product is the same, the setup differs. The number of stamps, the type of reward and the timing of reminders change – a café counts in visits per week, a hair salon in months. You set all of it yourself and can change it at any time.

There is no minimum. The Free plan covers 25 active cards, free and forever, so you can try the program on your regulars first and scale it up later.

Yes, from the Growth plan up. Each location has its own scanning and statistics, while the customer’s card works across all of them. The surcharge per extra location, and the point at which we prepare a custom setup, are in the pricing.
