One tool, not ten modules
Walio is one loyalty card in Apple or Google Wallet and one portal where you set it up, hand it out and measure it. The features below are not separate products you buy piece by piece – they describe what that single card and the portal around it can do.
The basics are the Wallet card and digital stamps: customers collect stamps or points and see on their phone how far they are from a reward. On top of that sits communication – push notifications straight to the screen and automatic reminders for people who have not been in for a while.
The rest is day-to-day operation and numbers: a customer database, visit statistics, collecting Google reviews, appointment bookings and ticket sales for events. None of it needs a dedicated app, a scanner or changes to your point of sale – your staff only need a phone.

Bookings and tickets come with the Start plan, Google reviews and automations with the Growth plan, which is also where support for multiple locations begins. The exact split is in the pricing.
Signing up and going through the setup wizard takes about five minutes. Then you print the QR code for the counter or the tables and hand out the first cards the same day.
